Shipping Method & Processing

We currently offer one reliable shipping option: Standard Shipping. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Destinations & Timeframes

We ship internationally to most countries. Delivery times for Standard Shipping vary by destination:

  • Domestic (within the United States): 5-10 business days.
  • International: 10-25 business days.

Please note that these timeframes are estimates and do not include order processing time. Delays due to customs clearance, weather, or carrier issues are possible and are beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination and the total weight of your order. The final shipping cost will be displayed clearly at checkout before you complete your purchase. Currently, we do not offer free shipping promotions.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days after placing your order, please contact us.

Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Kazelina is not liable for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you via email to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are determined by your local customs authority. We cannot predict or control these charges.

Damaged or Lost Items

While we ensure all items are carefully packaged, if your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Please have your order number and any relevant photos ready.
